In general, a rice bowl and chopsticks is inseparable from the table of Japan. However, here the foreigner are using it. Focusing on the point that foreign people use it and I proposes a rice bowl for people from other countries.
At the first, I thought about a rice bowl. Japanese usually has a rice bowl attaching their fingers to the foot of the bowl.
This action stems from Japanese food culture that they eat with holding tableware up. The foreign people who doesn't know it that might spill it with holding the side heated by rice. This is why I propose a rice bowl which is not going to be too hot to hold it.

I designed a bowl of double-structure that you can hold its side without a foot. This also prevents the rice from getting cold.
Moreover I took note of how foreign people eat dishes. In Japan people always live mainly on rice and eat quite a few rice together dishes to go with it at a meal. But some countries’ people enjoy dishes one by one. Based on that, I aimed that small amount can not fill it with rice much due to bottom is shallow so that the rice can be as a dish among all dishes. So they can enjoy only rice as an “a la carte dish”.
